...See more Sorry I'm new here, I don't know how it goes. But just a little back story. Where I live, endemic viruses are widespread. One of the few I the dengue virus, among others even though not contagious. I've been sick for a bit, not the bad kind not the pandemic kind. Just a mild chest infection and some allergies because of the smog and weather. Where I live, endemic viruses are widespread. One of the few I the dengue virus, among others even though not contagious. I'd been interacting with my partner alot and they seemed fine over the course of the past week (we don't live together). I was getting better, taking my medicine and getting annoyed at my own tiredness when my partner texted that they were having shivers and a fever of about a 100? Less or more, about 100.1 or 99.6 F. I was okay when I was talking to them, however, when they went to sleep because they felt exhausted. My mind exploded and I began to sob for some reason. Currently I felt a sense of panic but it's less then before. We don't even know what they have, it's flu season, it could be flu or even just a cold or just the tiredness from working nonstop without sleep. Is my panic making this a trigger or was I being anxious of my fear of worse things? Is it even okay to feel this way?
