...See more hope everyone is doing well, I’m writing this because i’m just trying whatever i can now to try and help myself. I’m currently struggling with depression again, I thought it was gone, but it came back very subtly and it took me awhile to notice. The constant feeling of being tired, not fully feeling like myself, or always being in a bad mood for no reason. I thought it was just something wrong with my sleep or daily habits but it’s been happening for years and i’ve tried almost everything and im just completely lost now on what i can do. I play basketball and after almost every game im in some sort of bad mood, whether it’s in the moment or later, but if i were to be playing pickup or just shooting around i would be perfectly fine. That’s also apart of playing at the competitive level, i think that it more of reveals character. And after everything going on in my life I realize that I’m hurting a lot more than I ever knew. I don’t even completely know why but i know that the pain is just sitting within me and idk what to do with it. thank you if you read this, God bless
