...See more I need some guidance here....I have developed feelings for someone, but I am unable to act on these feelings. We work together, and there is a strict company policy preventing relationships between two people within the organization. I don't know how to move past these feelings in a healthy way, especially since I see him every day at work. Please help!

Feeling stuck and need some advice
Relationship Stress / by conscientiousApple907

...See more Hi there. I need some advice on what to do moving forward with a guy. I've been talking with this guy for a few weeks now. We went on one date and really hit it off and have been texting occasionally since then. Our text conversations are often flirty and have moved to sexting on a few occasions. But he also seems a bit all over the place because sometimes he won't reply to my texts at all. So I'm a little confused about how he feels and what his intentions are. I'm pretty sure he is interested in me. And I have told him straight-up that I am interested in him. Right now, I feel stuck. I feel like we are not doing anything to move the relationship forward. I'm frustrated because he'll seem really interested then go without texting me. Another date is difficult due to us living in different cities and winter travel, but not impossible. I don't want things to go stagnant and I'm worried they might be moving that way. I don't want to just give up because no one has ever made me feel the way he does when I'm with him, so I'd like to continue to pursue him in hope that a relationship may blossom. But I also don't want to be putting effort into something that isn't going anywhere. So, my question is..... do I continue to pursue him? And, if so, what is the best way to move this forward until I am able to see him again (which very well could be a few months)? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Need some advice about boyfriend
Relationship Stress / by conscientiousApple907

...See more I am new to 7 cups and this is my first post here, so please bear with me. I have had some recent issues with my boyfriend, and I could use some advice. I found some flirty/dirty messages on his phone that he sent to another girl along with pictures of his penis. Seeing this absolutely destroyed my trust in him, especially because he promised me countless times that nothing like this would ever happen (I have been cheated on in the past and had a lot of insecurities about this). When I confronted him about it, he said that he didn't have a good reason for why he did it other than that he was looking for validation, but that he regretted it the moment it happened. He also said that he had no intention of meeting up with or sleeping with her, despite what his messages said. We have been together for over 2 years and I have always considered him to be my soul mate and the love of my life. I cannot imagine spending my life with anyone else. But right now, I am terrified that if I give him a second chance, he will do this again, and I don't know how to rebuild that trust with him. And I have heard countless times that the best indicator of future behavior is past behavior. I need advice on what to do. Do I try to rebuild trust and take the risk that it will happen again to save our relationship? Or do I protect myself from the possibility of this happening again and leave? If we work things out, how do we rebuild that trust? Any advice is greatly appreciated because I am so lost and confused right now. Thank you.
