...See more I have an assistant manager at my job who likes to bully me and some of my coworkers and we have tried really hard to tell her to stop bullying me and others but she doesn’t quit. She has even done it in front of my coworkers and customers. She has numerous times told me that I don’t do things right and I have been there for almost 7 months now. My other manager and the owners have told me that I do excellent work. I am trying to figure out how to approach her on this and plus we are having a team meeting very soon.
