Work Stress
I have an assistant manager at my job who likes to bully me and some of my coworkers and we have tried really hard to tell her to stop bullying me and others but she doesn’t quit. She has even done it in front of my coworkers and customers. She has numerous times told me that I don’t do things right and I have been there for almost 7 months now. My other manager and the owners have told me that I do excellent work. I am trying to figure out how to approach her on this and plus we are having a team meeting very soon.

I'm very sorry she is bullying you.
That's not acceptable.
She has to be respectful and professional.
And not treat you badly.
I know it's difficult but you might need to speak up at the team meeting or to another manager.
You know that you are doing a good job, don't let her bring you down 💚
