I have been(even though I have had it for years) diagnosed with moderate agoraphobia, PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder. It's getting worse. I'm new here and just want more advice

...See more I am new to my diagnosis and I'm afraid I'll get worse now that I can put names to my problems. I tried to go to the store the other day, even put in my headphones but it didn't work. Panic and anxiety took over. I tried to explain how it feels to my husband today. Like a ball filled with anxiety and the anxiety pushes out of that ball like a pulse, and I can't breathe and shooting pains go through my body. And it just repeats itself. I think of everything they needs to be done or paid and then I panic. He tried to understand but if you don't go through it I don't think it's easy to understand. And now my b day is coming and I am assessing my life and feel very down. I should not be like this at my age!
