...See more I recently accepted a job that said they would pay to train to become a licensed health insurance agent. I had to learn everything Medicare. I took the 2 week class. They paid for the exam to become licensed. I pass the exam with the first try. I trained another 5 weeks to actually sale plans. The class was basically throw on the phones in the 6th week. I currently take alprazolam for anxiety. Usually as needed 1 a day but since this job I'm at 2 maybe 3. I worked customer service 10 years before this job. I've had rude customers before. But after being on the phones the past 2 weeks and speaking with elderly people in which they call in seeking to find out if this plan would be better than there Medicare. I have found that they can be extremely rude and nasty. I have always been taught to be respectful to my elders even at my age of 55. I would never be disrespectful to them. Since this job out of 10 calls at least 8 will be so rude and mean. It's never a simple no it's always NO!!! YES!!! I DONT HAVE EMAIL. STOP SENDING MAIL TO MY ADDRESS!!!. I know I have my issues with anxiety. And I am not thick skin where most people can shake this feeling. I actually did not go to work yesterday and not planning to go today. I feel I may have a little depression or maybe hormone inbalance. When I go back I fear I may just break because I don't deal with nasty attitudes well. And to have to deal with it all day. When I promise you I talk with a smile but it doesn't matter.
