...See more As far as my depression goes today is a good day. My mind is not racing with thoughts and I’m kinda just meh. Funny how this is a high point but at least it’s not the normal feelings of overwhelming sadness and lack of give a crap.

...See more I’m depressed and overwhelmed that my future is exactly what my present is. I’m in a sexless mainly loveless marriage where my wife treats me like a child. I can’t afford to leave as in California she will take everything, but I also know I’m a gem and I’d probably be happy if I left. We had a rough talk and I’m going to try, but I feel really depressed and bummed out. Any ideas?
