...See more Hi I've been struggling with self harm since I was 12. I'm now getting close to 30 And I'm still trying to figure this thing out. i can go years without harming and then something happens and I'm back at square one. it's like this embarrassing cloud that follows me everywhere I go. I want to tell my spouse but I'm afraid he won't see me the same but I want to tell because maybe I will feel a bit more free. the struggle is real. But I am trying to get better.
