...See more Hello, I keep thinking about a past emotional (texting) relationship I had with a co worker, while I was married. Nothing ever got physical but we talked about it a couple of times. I haven’t talked to them in over a year and don’t work with them anymore. I’m married and I can’t stop thinking about this all of a sudden. It only lasted a week or so. How do I stop feeling so guilty about this…..my thoughts in my head are getting the best of me and I wish I could just turn the voice inside my head off…….🥺
