...See more I am new here. I have come to the conclusion I cannot deal with this without some help and maybe direction. I no longer have feelings for my ex other than hate and lack of respect. We were married for 15 years and together for 18. I worked so hard to be the best suporter but it was never good enough. I also made some mistakes, lack of apreciation and suport, thru my journey. Her biggest problems as timed rolled by were lack of intamacy, never felt loved like I should have, and she couldnt comunicate, ever. So here I sit typing away because I need help with ways to not get upset or let things get to me when I have to deal with her. We have 2 kids together, teenagers. This is the only contact we have but it is enough to ruin a great day anytime. She has this power over me to get me pissed and I cant shake it. What do I do????
