...See more I am scared to reach out to people for help. There are so many things on my mind, but I don't even know who to talk to about them. It feels so overwhelming, but the moment I decide to talk it out, it starts feeling like it's not even a big deal, like my problem isn't something worth worrying this much about. But then it keeps eating me up inside. The reason I installed this app was because I wanted someone to talk to. But even now, I find it hard to reach out to someone. I feel scared whenever I think about doing it.
