...See more Hi everyone, I am 52 years old and currently caring for an elderly parent as well as emotionally invested in my husband's family. Our former sister in law committed suicide a few weeks ago and now my nephew will be moving in next door. I care for this kid so much and I worry about him. All of this is a heavy load and I'm hoping to find a safe space to come to when it gets to be too much. Thank you.

Back to work after COVID

...See more I'm back at work, in person, full time and I am exhausted. A new office, higher expectations and I like it, but I'm struggling to get used to it again. I love to run but I don't have the energy to do it. I'm vaccinated but afraid of being the one to get the breakthrough exposure. I'm feeling emotionally sad and physically depleted.
