Hi everyone,
I am 52 years old and currently caring for an elderly parent as well as emotionally invested in my husband's family. Our former sister in law committed suicide a few weeks ago and now my nephew will be moving in next door. I care for this kid so much and I worry about him. All of this is a heavy load and I'm hoping to find a safe space to come to when it gets to be too much.

I'm sorry you are going through such a difficult time now. Be sure to put aside some time for yourself without guilt. That is not selfish. It is a way to guard your own physical and emotional health.
