...See more not sure if Im doing this correctly or not so please correct me if its wrong Its 2:10am and I just woke up because of a nightmare it was too loud I was so scared and suffocating I still am Idk what to do but I really hate this I hate that I have to face this and I hate that I have to face it alone and it doesnt look like its gonna be over anytime soon is it actually good to tell what I see in my nightmares? I did write the last one I had in my notes and as much as I cried writing all the details as muuas it felt like a relief. and it kinda feel like I now have some kind of proof? cant remember clearly but mainly I think I was in an airport at some point. we were looking for my sis I guess? now who we are idk cause it was my brother but at some point when it all went downhill I couldnt recognize his face anymore? yeah we got lost in there and kept asking for directions and getting more lost before I woke up my brother went into a fight? it was huge chaos and a total mess and I was able to see people getting dragged into that fight and the horrified look on their facees made me feel so sick and scared I didnt know what should I do I was trying to scream to call for help but I wasnt able to there was no voice I was suffocating and it was too loud I woke up to the complete silence shaking for a few seconds soaked in my sweat trying to regulate my breathing Im really tired
