...See more My boyfriend and I have been together for over 8 years, starting dating at 16 & 18 years old. We were soo toxic when we were teens but we knew we loved each other and wanted to be in a healthy mature relationship so we put all the bs behind us. This past year he started the police academy to begin his new career path, and i am so happy for that. But I feel like since he started this, his attitude towards me is completely different. We don’t really have a sex life anymore, he comes home and gets straight on video games without talking to me at all. Always on his phone. It’s almost like he is slowly shutting me out for his new life.. Any advice or words of wisdom on how to talk to him without getting him upset with me? Or am I overreacting?
