...See more Hey all! im super New on here so I have noooo idea what to do or expect aha Basically, I don't really know if I have a BED. I can control my eating some days (like one or two every couple of months) when I try to be healthy again but can never be consistent with it. It's not even a point of wanting to be skinny anymore, I just want to be healthy. So many bad health related issues run in my family and it's just crazy to think that I could get hit with it all so young. I binge everyday even when I'm not hungry. I'll eat when I'm bored, when I'm doing stuff, while I'm working, right after already eating a meal. It's just constant and all the time. I've gained so much weight because of it and just feel like I lack so much control. Everything in my life just seems to blow up sometimes. I had sort-of relationships with people that effected how I see myself and have brought me down emotionally. I tend to comfort eat a lot but I'm not sure at what point comfort eating becomes BED. I guess I'm just scared I'm diagnosing myself with something I don't have? I'm not sure. Ive also gained so much weight recently and it's gotten to the point that i don't really look at my body/try not to. I don't know who I am anymore and I just feel like I'm not in control of myself anymore.
