...See more Hello, I'm a new member with this app. I stumbled upon it when I was looking for a free online therapy on the web. To start, I am currently having these moments that make me think that I am being an annoying friend for always sending daily messages to our friend group chat. Some days, my friends reply to my random messages or not. And I totally understand that because we are busy with our lives, especially that they are in university. It also makes me sad that they cannot reciprocate the level of support that I give them, though I'm totally fine with that because I'm aware that their list of priority is not the same with mine. It's just that knowing that, makes me feel a little sorry for myself. Not only that, I'm also mad at myself for having these distrusting thoughts against one of my friends (Like, I am afraid that they might be telling her boyfriend some of the personal informations that I've been telling her) because I know that she is one of my trusted friends and that I am just overthinking. Now, I'm in a dilemma on whether I should just continue the things that I am doing or start disconnecting myself from my phone or social media so I can do some silent reflections of myself because my mind is a mess.
