...See more I learned many values ​​in the course, one of the most important core values ​​I learned was creativity. Creativity, for me, means creating something in your own way, even if it's a pre-existing idea that you're simply re-creating in your own way. It could be through solving a problem of your own, communicating a lesson or information to someone else, designing something, preparing a new dish, or writing a book in your own way. This value helped me understand myself more deeply, understand what I love and how I like to receive information. It also taught me to express myself with ease and freedom. It taught me freedom of expression and taught me many ways of expression: writing, designing, drawing, etc. It helped me achieve balance and development internally and externally. It also taught me to see people for who they are through their expressions and analyze them through them. I have incorporated this value into my life through meditation exercises, daily writing, designing, drawing, sitting more with myself, walking in nature, and writing down whatever comes to mind on paper. ...See more One of the most important core values I learned in the course is living in the moment. ‎ ‎Living in the moment, for me, means being present with all your senses, here and now. Most importantly, being mentally present here and now. At least your thoughts are organized, even if you don't understand and analyze them all. You feel secure in who you are. ‎ ‎This value has helped me gain a deeper understanding of myself, achieve balance and development, and manage my emotions and impulses. It has also helped me overcome difficulties and move forward, avoid looking back, see people for who they really are, and recognize this in myself so I can move forward for the better. ‎ ‎I have incorporated this value into my life through meditation exercises, breathing exercises, daily walks, listening to my body and what it needs and craves, eating healthy food, taking a relaxing bath, flexibility exercises, practicing a hobby I love, planning and achieving my goals, reading books, and writing down whatever comes to mind on paper. ‎ ‎In your opinion, what would our lives be like without this value?
