Bio

I am Trained counsellor and Life Coach currently taking some time out to do extended study in counselling. I I work with parents teaching them to help their children manage emotions and develop resilience. I am a volunteer mentor to young Mums and adolescents. I have had my own battles with anxiety and depression, thankfully some years ago now, but I understand how isolating and lonely it can get. In a way this is my way of giving back for all the help I received. I I know just how important it is to feel deeply heard, not judged and be given the time and the tools to help you find your way back to how you want to be.
