Hi! My name is Sarah :) I am 22 years old. I have ADHD and I have struggled with depression, family stress, and self harm. I know it can be hard to open up and take that first step and I know how difficult it can be to trust someone with your feelings. I still struggle to open up. And that's an honest statement. I'm hear to help, to listen, to share funny cat videos if you need, to be a shoulder to cry on, or to be someone to be excited to if you feel you don't have anyone you can come to with any sort of news. I'm here and ready to chat or to stare at a computer screen with you just be present for you.
