...See more A few years ago i really struggled in life, my partner was emotionally abusive, i consulted with a dr and i started taking anti anxiety and anti depressant tablets for about a year. I then left that relationship and weaned myself off of the tablets. I dont believe i need the tablets but every now and then i feel so fearful of everything and so unmotivated for a long time and it is starting to affect my studies and it has effected my work and career. I need to overcome it but i bave no idea how
