...See more Hello there, I'm a total neebie to 7 cups, just signed up, and glad that there is a 50s forum. Am dealing with anxiety (sometimes very high and all day, sometimes I get a break). I have anxiety at my job and at home. In reality my life is great (at least that's what people tell me, and it looks like that from the outside). I try meditation, meds, etc. Making slowly progress, with lots of setbacks. That's all for now. Not sure what people discuss here (I also have a bit of problems with the web-interface, I hope this is the right way to post)
