...See more I've dealt with EDs in the past but the last few years I've been focusing on my health over my weight. After getting married five years ago I gained 30 lbs and lost over 10. My husband has expressed he wanted me to be more physically fit but he used to say it was for my health. I currently weigh 177lbs. Well, he decided last week that he's leaving me. The fight started because he did something very inconsiderate and mean but refused to talk about it, let alone apologize. When I asked why he was leaving he said he "deserves to be with someone skinny" and he "never gets what he wants". Well, he's been convincing me to let go of my wants and needs to prioritize his for years so that's not true. I've lost 5lbs in the last 5 days since that conversation. I'm not trying to but every time I eat I hear his voice in my head. This man has completely broken me, taken everything he could get from me, and now he's discarding me like trash. My family, his family, and everyone else who knows is shocked and angry with him. I was doing so much better and now I feel like I'm going to have to start the Ed healing process over again.
