...See more I've been detaching myself from everyone, because I feel like it's the best way to achieve my peace and for their well-being as well. I know I hurt them in some ways, so one thing I did was to detach myself from them. I feel bad about it, but at the same time I feel relieved because at some point it helps me relax and calm my mind. Do you think I did the right way?. I rarely talk to them(specifically my friends) unlike before when I used to hang out with them everyday. Right now, I feel like I'm gradually trying to remove them from my life without even them noticing it. One reason why I did this was because I find it hard to open up my problems to them, and there are also times where I'm being left behind. I always asked them how are they doing, listen to their random rants and everything, but they barely check on me. I feel like they don't notice my pain, well maybe because I don't really show it. Idon't this is the best option, but for my peace and their well-being I had to do it. :))
