...See more Everyday, throughout the day, I am in anxiety and have panic attacks, and I don’t know why… I’m scared and don’t know what to do. I cry every day because I’m scared and I feel so useless, hopeless and alone. I feel like such a burden to my family, especially to my siblings who are there when I have anxiety/panic attacks, I am so grateful to them, but feel like a burden. I just wanna be me again…
