...See more I struggled with self harm back in middle school. I am now a 21 year old adult who is struggling with self harm. I struggled with it off and on through highschool and college but I never cut much, it was usually just scraping skin with my nails. Well for some reason I am cutting more now. I don’t know what changed. And I am so depressed most of the time. I just want to curl up in a ball and cry, it’s like my happy place to be alone like that even though I am miserable and lonely.
