...See more i don't want to go back to therapy because i don't want to seem weak. i know i won't but i can't stop thinking that i'll be weak if i go. i just don't want to talk about my feelings because i don't want to admit it i guess. i also feel like i don't want to get better because i'm addicted to my depression. it's comfortable and familiar. and i feel like i can get better on my own, and no matter how bad i'm doing i still think i can get better by myself. i don't know how not to feel this way and any help would be appreciated
