i don't want to go back to therapy because i don't want to seem weak. i know i won't but i can't stop thinking that i'll be weak if i go. i just don't want to talk about my feelings because i don't want to admit it i guess. i also feel like i don't want to get better because i'm addicted to my depression. it's comfortable and familiar. and i feel like i can get better on my own, and no matter how bad i'm doing i still think i can get better by myself. i don't know how not to feel this way and any help would be appreciated

@downtonabbie This is something you must choose for yourself. If you're comfortable with where you are, then that's how you feel.

But if you don't want to feel that away (and I get it about not wanting to talk about your feelings), you may have to work through and learn to push through your discomfort.

Good luck.

I have an update--I started going to therapy. I really like it. I am trying so hard to get better now.
