...See more Hi ı was diagnosed with silent syndrome last year. I was using lithium for 8years. I got fever and then ataxia : lost my ability to walk, speak (i have dysarthria) and i have hand tremors. I started to use valporic acid by doctors suggest. I got better with physiotherapy but don’t know if i will ever recover fully. I have to live with this and it is so painful. I have to use antidepressants for depression. ı suggest you to be careful with medication. ı really miss walking, my voice, working… just wanted to share. Have a good day
