...See more I've recently been diagnosed with BPD and CPTSD, now I'm not sure what to do. I'm glad to have an explanation for a lot of my feelings and reactions to things, but at the same time it doesn't change anything, if anything it feels worse because I know its not as simple as "just cheer up." It never was, but at least I could convince myself it wasn't a permanent state of mind, now I know it's just who I am. So, now what?
