I've struggled my whole life with various mental illnesses, trauma, and finding my sense of self. Although my journey is far from over, I would like to think that perhaps the years I've spent in treatment and therapy might be able to help someone else. Whether your concern seems too big to share with anyone, or you feel as though it's not important enough, please know that I will approach it with the most non-judgemental stance I can offer.
