...See more I have almost been out of hospital for 2 months now where I was treated for anorexia for 7 1/2 months. I'm really starting to struggle again. I feel like I'm relapsing and I don't know what to do. I have support in place but it's not actually very practical and I feel like I'm drowning. I just want it to go away so I can feel better and continue with my life and be happy. I'm trying so, so hard to ignore all the disordered thoughts and the last thing I want is to end up back in hospital/the grasps of anorexia again but I can feel myself slipping back into bad habits already. Please, please can anyone advice what to do or what may help? Any support would be greatly appreciated x x x
