...See more hi, everyone. i've never written on here and barely speak to anyone about my mental health but it's all just too exhausting. i've had bulimia for several years now and am trying to get better, but for the past few weeks i've felt overwhelmingly hopeless. i'll have one good day without purging but on the next i have a binge and then purge yet again (and then it continues like that over and over again). it's been ruining relationships with friends and family as well, i feel very lonely at the moment. due to all of this most days i end up doing nothing at all because i'm either too tired or have no interest in doing anything. i just want to be happy again. (i don't think i have depression atm because i've gone through that before and it felt a bit different then. i'm just a bit sad and very tired)
