Hi! ☺️ My name is Ellie, and I am 18 years old. I love caring for animals, making origami, and helping others. Throughout my life, I have faced many mental health challenges, from OCD to anxiety to depression, and it has transformed me into the person I am today. Having spent the past several years in therapy, I’ve picked up many useful tools and techniques along the way that have helped me to manage my symptoms. I’ve also developed a passion for helping others to overcome their own mental health struggles. Next year, I will be entering college as a Psychology major and plan to one day become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing emotional support and resources for those in need.
