...See more I've been struggling with GAD/Panic Disorder my whole life and have recently developed depression. About 2 months ago, I stupidly tried a teeny tiny bit of coke, definitely my first and last time every doing so. However, since then I've been so ashamed and angry at myself and my brain is trying to convince itself that I'm addicted and that my life as an addict has begun. How do I stop this? What should I do? Help!
