Overwhelmed with the past
Depression Support / by emotionalNectarine8292

...See more My mind won't turn off especially at work.  It repeats sad memories and when I'm working my mind gets busier and I think more.  When the music gets louder I become more negative and depressed at work.  It's tough to imagine this but I live paycheck to paycheck and almost don't want to work yet I'm stuck and no money to eat if I don't work. How do I become more positive?
