...See more Hello to y´all, how´s your day going??   For a while now, i´ve been feeling very sad, a sadness that include many thoughts, horrible ones, that have been making feel worse and worse. A sadness that has led me in a situation where i feel physically sick almost everyday, not letting me sleep or do activities that i want to do. For this "sadness" many activities that i have ever done or tried to do them. Dont give me any type of joy, it just feel empty like anything that you do makes you feel better or even different of how you feel. So, i´m wondering if y´all can give me the activities that you do to cope when you feel bad, not necessarily a big activitie that gives you a lot of joy and happiness. Any activitie that you can enjoy doing for a while....     Hope anyone answer, have a good day?night? or the time it´s wherever you are!
