...See more That might sound weird. I left my boyfriend this week, we were together for almost a year. During that time my anxiety was worse than ever, I found I was absent minded, losing things all the time, I reacted badly to things he was saying, I didn't treat him well. But he was stealing things from me, and lying about where they were. He emotionally manipulated me to believe I was the bad person, the one treating him badly. I made his depression worse. Without me he'd never want anyone again, there would be no point in carrying on. I don't know what's real anymore, I don't know who is lying to me, what anyone feels. I need help and I have no idea where to look for it.
