...See more Hi. Not sure if this type of post is allowed. But it has been a couple months now with me starting an anxiety medication. And about a month of an increase in dose. Now that the increase in dose has set in, I feel like it has almost “unmasked” other aspects of my mind. I am not diagnosed autistic, but my family tells me I have it? . But now that the anxiety is numbing the fears , I feel some “autistic” traits come out more. Is this normal. I have needed to use noise cancelling headphones for the first time today. I have a fear of doing anything on my own. (Was there before the medicine but has been heightened 10x now) I’m in like a weird place I think. I don’t really know how to explain or if any of that made sense. Comment if you want -

...See more HI!!! I can’t remember my info for my old account and I am desperately trying to find a listener I chatted with. I remember they were semi new to the app. Their name was John. An older gentleman. He had some numbers after his name and a profile picture of himself . (White man , gray short hair, glasses) close up pic. I need to find someone that was that empathetic and understanding and actually was active and supported me. Please can someone help me locate him. And if he is truly gone forever - then I am opening up my search for a new listener - non judgmental , fine with casual chats, helps me navigate my anxiety and highly sensitive mind.
