...See more I'm currently so much struggling with overwhelming pressure and control from my family, particularly my parents. They consistently try to dictate my choices, emotions, and the direction of my life, making it hard to assert my own independence, like bro.... Despite my efforts to set boundaries and make decisions that align with my own needs, I feel trapped in their guilt-trips and emotional manipulation. I’m looking for advice or support from anyone who has been through similar situations, especially when it comes to handling toxic family dynamics and reclaiming emotional autonomy. Any suggestions on how to maintain boundaries and move forward independently would be greatly appreciated :)
