...See more I haven't self harmed in a while, i think nearly two years since I've cut which makes me happy, I'm not sure how long it's been since I've hit myself but today I came really close to both. my body dysmorphia has hit me like a train these past few weeks and I don't know why. I hate everything about my face. I wish it would just go away, when it was at its worst I'd have these fits of anger and hatred where I would hit myself in the face because of how much pain it causes me inside and today I almost did that again. I managed not to, but I feel so ashamed. I also had thoughts about relapsing cutting but I decided against it becuase I know it wouldn't be worth it. I'm glad I didn't but it's the closest I've come in a while. I thought I was doing better, I feel so ashamed. Why can't I just be normal?
