...See more i am a lesbian who has in the past been with men before I realized. When I now look back on intimate times with men and relationships with men I feel so disgusted with myself and guilty. It literally makes my stomach drop and feel like I’m going to have a panic attack. I don’t know how to cope with it and it’s honestly been eating at me. I wish I could take it all back because remembering those times fills me with such an awful feeling and I feel violated even though it was all consensual. I really don’t know what to do with myself I wish this anxiety would go away.
