Overwhelming Fear of bugs

...See more I've always had this fear of bugs. It's interfering with my quality of life because of the amount of energy it takes from me. I avoid going certain places because of my fear and I'm constantly scanning every room I go in from top to bottom. When I do see one it becomes a flight or fright situation. Either I run away or some is telling me to kill it and I'm frozen, unable to handle the situation. Not sure how to tackle this problem but I really wish I could.

...See more My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 9 years. Every couple of years he has come out with a large lie he has told me. Up until last year I finally told him to tell me everything and he claimed to have told me everything at the time. Now he just told me he is hiding being in debt and has been getting collection calls for the past 2 years. I'm trying to stay calm but I'm so frustrated I don't know what to do. How do I address this situation?
