Emotional Binge Eating

...See more Hi all! I really struggle with binge eating and it has led to an obvious weight issue. My issue is emotional binge eating. Something will upset me or I’ll have a hard or stressful day and the only thing that seems to fill a hole is “comfort foods”. Does anyone else deal with emotionally triggered binges? Have you found ways to cope differently/ things that help?
