Finally think I found my direction in life. Traveling to spread awareness and education about mental illness. I will be leaving for a one year journey around the world during which I will interview locals and professionals about their experience with mental illness.

I started a blog to document my journey so that people can read about mental illness to educate themselves or just to not feel so alone. It would mean a lot to get the word out so that I can help people.
