Often time's it can be hard to tell people difficult or personal things in our lives, and I'm here to bridge that gap. I am open to both general chats including various topics on culture, society, nature, and the arts, as well as more personal topics surrounding anxiety, depression, relationship questions, etc. I have personal extensive knowledge on recovery, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety, and PTSD.

Having handled and endured her own struggles, she is full of wisdom and enjoys sharing it. Being able to share stories with someone who was in my shoes not too long ago is infinitely helpful; knowing that I have options and things can get better.
