...See more i’ve already posted one of these before about a month ago and things have just not got better i feel nauseous all the time and i can’t stop having panic attacks over little things im only 15 and i think it’s just going to get worse i don’t speak to no one anymore and im just tired i want to start a new life i dont know what i done wrong in this one it feels like everything bad is happening to me and im seeing people live happy it started of when i was in a relationship for nearly two years and a couple months ago she left me i like to think ive moved on by now but ive still got the worse anxiety ever ive always had anxiety but its never been this bad its taking over my whole life i cant do anything with it im really ready to just go and if there is such thing as reincarnation i hope to be happy in that life

...See more i went through a break up 4 months ago and my anxiety is getting worse ever since every time i think about her my heart races and i feel sick and a horrible tight feeling in my throat i have blocked her on everything so i can not get in contact but i still can’t stop thinking about her while we was together she helped me at first but she broke me again she kept leaving me every month near the end and then asking me to get with her again but she didn’t ask again i have no hope for myself im starting to think it does not get better
