...See more Hi all, Today is my first day post-treatment. I was in for a 12-week programme and it has done me so much good and changed my life for the better. I have been feeling a little guilty today because I didn’t go to an AA meeting but I’m hoping this is normal, I just had so much to do because I moved into a new place etc.. I really don’t want to stall in my recovery now that I am out. Any tips would be appreciated.
