Just want to end it …

...See more I wish I didn’t need you. I wish I could keep it all in and be okay. I wish I listened to the truth in my head that tells me you don’t want to hear what I’m going through… yet, here I am again confiding in someone who has not comfort to offer. Your silence is worse than my own thoughts — I rather loathe myself than be confirmed that I'm actually alone by your stoned wall. I wish I could be the friend to myself that I am to others, I would never let my friend, spouse, child, parent suffer alone. I would bare that burden knowing that my compassion and listening ear and input may make all the difference. I HATE not having anyone, that out of desperation I open up my heart time and time again to someone who had NOTHING to offer me. To sit in silence while I suffer is like watching me die. You don't love me. Yeah, they never love you until your gone, for real.

Reality of betrayel in marriage.

...See more The reality after discovering your spouse betrayed you is that healing is a long process… much longer than we want to accept. It’s a journey of healing beyond what you ever imagined—one that requires rebuilding not only trust, but love, respect, and the way you see the person you chose to share your life with. It’s also a journey of discovering yourself again… a constant battle of questioning why you weren’t enough, replaying everything you gave, everything you tried, and wondering how someone you love could make a choice that caused so much pain. Because the truth is, you don’t hurt the person you love. It’s a battlefield between acceptance, denial, anger, grief, and regret. It’s carrying a scar that may heal, but is still fragile and must be handled with care. A marriage recovering from wounds like these shouldn’t be rushed. It has to acknowledge the depth of the hurt while still holding onto hope. Because healing isn’t just about rebuilding a relationship—it’s about rebuilding safety, understanding, and the ability to believe in love again.

...See more I'm not an abuser… I find myself wanting to take melatonin at times to just feel relaxed — I'm always on edge, scanning. I also this week have taken a shot a few days just to “Get off edge” I don't want that for myself. It's not much, but the personality of habit disturbs me.

...See more There are days I wake up feeling anxious and disturbed by my dreams. I remember them vividly, every detail and feeling. Sometimes they’re so vivid I can’t regulate my emotions. Sleep paralysis has been plaguing me for a while now. Sometimes my dreams come true... that’s why I feel anxious at times, considering it could happen. Smh.

...See more I am a wife and mother, and I generally do well. However, I constantly worry that my mental health could affect my family. As a result, I work hard to prevent them from feeling the effects of anxiety and depression, since I have experienced these issues myself. I believe I have made them overly aware of their feelings and boundaries, which might unintentionally add to the very problems I want to prevent.
